  • FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WAAV today announced the availability of its AirBox Xplus multiple-connection 4G LTE cellular router with up to four embedded modems. Automatic fallback to 3G on each modem as well as using four different cellular carriers provides the widest coverage area possible. With the latest 4G LTE technology and the capability of using all modems/carriers simultaneously, the AirBox Xplus provides the most bandwidth for broadband data communication needs.

The AirBox Xplus also includes dual-band 802.11n WiFi for use as a remote or mobile hotspot or for secure WiFi connectivity of devices. The AirBox Xplus is built with WAAV’s OS which includes multiple levels of modem health checks as well as special editions for enterprise or transit vehicles such as captive portal splash pages, QoS bandwidth allocation, and content filtering.

With dual SIMs per modem and embedded modem configurations available for all major carriers in the US, Canada, and abroad, the AirBox Xplus provides the most robust connectivity from cellular connections in almost any location.

Real-time statistics and diagnostics back to a cloud-based server provide the confidence that the connectivity of the AirBox Xplus is solid for your fleet, bus, first responder vehicle, or enterprise requirements. Call us to speak about how we can help with your connectivity needs.
